Going To Real Madrid Vs. Villarreal At Santiago Bernabeu

I have been traveling in Europe for around 10 days now.

So far I have visited Brighton and London in England and right now I’m currently located in Madrid, Spain at just one block from “La Gran Vía“.

In case you just stumbled into this post and don’t know who am I…

My name is Sergio Felix, I live in Mexico, I am an Internet Marketer and this is my first time overseas.

One Of My Pet Peeves…

A very bad thing that I have is this fear of recording myself on video.

Normally there are a number of reasons for being afraid to speak in front of the camera.

My excuses are that I speak very bad English but I still try my best to communicate with others.

While being on the road, I have been recording many videos with my flip cam.

Some are quick, some are lengthy ones.

On some I’ve spoken directly to the camera and on others I have just recorded what’s around me.

I have spent some time checking them out and have identified a lot of mistakes everywhere, along with bloopers and every weird thing you can imagine.

I have also tried to edit them all and put a cool video up but as I started traveling fast these days, I just can’t find the right time to do it.

Sometimes I don’t have online access, others I just need to spend quality time with my father and others I’m just outside getting to know the country where I’m at.

This time is because I’m going to a football game.

But not just any game.

I’m going to Santiago Bernabeu’s to watch the match between Real Madrid vs Villarreal from the Spanish Football League.

Video I shot prior to the game!

And a picture that someone took of me just in front of the stadium the day before:

There is still a LOT of work to do around here, starting for filling up my website modules and I really wanted to write a lot, lot more for you but right now I have a game to catch!

I hope to check out on you soon, and if you get to watch this update, I’ll be at the Real Madrid vs Villarreal game!

Getting in touch with you real soon, and hoping you like the videos I am preparing for you.

    Hey Sergio!
I’m glad to see you are having a great time in Spain! It’s a wonderful thing to travel to other countries. I traveled a lot when I was younger, and I miss it now. So do as much as you can while you are still young!
Oh, and handsome, too! Never be shy about being in a video. It will please any eye that sees you.
I know one thing that might help you feel more comfortable about it: just play a fun tune on the guitar for us!
    Your blog looks good too!

    Say hey,

      Hey Roberta,

Thank you for your kind comments!

I’m still in awe with Spain, such a great place and definitely will come back for sure.

I’d love to play a tune for you guys but I’m on the road, I have my guitars back at home in Mexico but I will put that on my To-Do list as soon as I get there.

Have a great day and thank you for stopping by! ;-)

PS. I replied to this comment a lot of time ago but didn’t do it on your answer, sorry for getting back this late!!!

    Hey Sergio,
It is great to see that you are having such a good time in Spain and I would really like to spend more time visiting that country too.
I have actually been to Madrid a few times but I have never seen any of the city at all because when I have been there I have only flown into Madrid to fly on to another place.
Maybe now is the time you suspect I am going to tell you off for not posting any videos from your trip so far?
Well, actually I am not going to do that.
You have shot some videos and that is cool.
The important thing to do is to enjoy your trip and if you find time to post a video then that would be cool but if not then it is no big deal.
Keep blogging about your adventures in Europe though!

      Hey Patrick,

If you ever have the time to visit Spain, I’d recommend it 100% !

This is my last day, I have been recording videos everywhere I can, just wait and see.

I have tried a few times to get at least one short video and put it up here but my dad simply won’t let me.

He’s jealous of my laptop LOL

Going out for a walk and I’ll try to post something, even if it is a big “HI”

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day man! ;-)

    Hey Sergio,

So glad you are off having a great time and seeing the world. I KNOW you enjoyed that game and I can’t wait to see your videos. Don’t worry about a thing my friend. We all freaked out in the beginning being seen on camera. I messed up so many times I quit counting.

Just glad you are having fun and can’t wait to hear about your entire trip. Have a safe trip home.

      Hi Adrienne,

So happy to see you around this place!

The game was definitely amazing, I think I even have the first goal on video with the crowd reaction too.

I just need to find a bit of time to edit all the videos I have been recording and upload a few of them to YouTube I guess.

Last but not least, thanks for encouraging me to do it. I ran out of excuses already LOL

Getting back to Mexico real soon so time will no longer be a valid reason to not upload videos here.

Take care and have a great weekend! ;-)

I wish I was back in Spain right now. Do you find it very different from Mexico?

You don’t say much about your visit to Brighton. How was it? It’s years since I was there but everyone seems to go the the lanes. It used to be full of nice quaint shops. I wonder if it is still the same or has the recession put them out of business?

Looking forward to seeing you photos soon. Happy traveling.

      Hey Sandy,

It’s a pleasure to have you around here.

I apologize in advance to not be able to update on everything I have done, I do have the pictures and videos from every single place I have visited.

The only drawback has been lack of time and internet access!

Brighton was an amazing little place and without doubt, I will write all about it here in no time.

Marketing CAN and will wait, I want to share these little adventures first, then we will focus on making money online!

Apparently there has been a small curve down in sales as I did see many closed places but the night life is still going strong there.

It’s a small place that I think anyone can cover in 2 or 3 days with someone who is familiar with the cool places.

Thanks for stopping by and I will update and upload everything once I get back home.

Doing it on the road, it’s pretty near to impossible so far.

I think most people have a fear of getting on video – don’t worry about it – I am sure that whatever you decide to share with us will be great. You know the saying – what you think it is bad – others really like…so that means that we don’t always appreciate ourselves in front of or behind the camera as much as other people do :)

I love your pictures – you are a handsome guy and so glad you are out and about enjoying the world. I would love to do that someday! it looks like you are having a great time and really surprised you took the time to write a blog post ;-)

See you when you get back!

      Hi Linda,
I could not agree with you more regarding what you say about videos.
Everytime I see myself on camera I want to hide behind the sofa because I think it looks to bad…yet generally I get good feedback.
I don’t know if I would do as far as to say that others really like what I do but at least they do not seem to dislike them as much as I do.
The upshot of all this is that I would generally encourage people to take the plunge and shoot videos because, as you say, they are never nearly as bad as we might think.

      Hey Linda!

Thank you for all your encouragement words and the amazing compliment, I really appreciate it!

I’m finally back in Mexico and spent a couple of days trying to reorganize my offline life.

Today I’m ready to start delivering all the goods here. ;-)

Thank you for your non stopping support, take care and have an amazing weekend!

The addition of video to your post is great Sergio. It’s not bad at all. At least you did it.
It is something I have not been brave enough to do yet but I know I must. Looking forward to more.

      Thank you Sandy,

I had to use that mirror to keep me distracted from freaking out and somehow I managed to survive! LOL

Have a great day and thanks for your kind words!
